The minimum goal is to memorise the word. Medium goal is to understand the sentence. The maximum goal is to write down what you hear correctly. 1. Repeat the Russian sentences immediately after voicing. 2. Try to understand the translation using the clues on the left side of the video. 3. Re-listen to the sentences with the key words at intervals: 1, 5 and 15 days. 4. Write down the sentences you hear after the speaker, analyse and correct your mistakes. 5. Having learnt a word, think of two sentences containing that word.
